Privacy Policy

GhostFrame ("we", "us", "the app") is built by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app accesses, what leaves your device, and what your rights are. This page is app-owner maintained content, not an independent certification.

1. Data we do not collect

GhostFrame does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, or your reference photos and captured images. Your photos never leave your device through GhostFrame.

2. On-device access

The app requests these iOS permissions solely to provide its core function:

• Camera — required for the live viewfinder that displays the ghost overlay.
• Photo library (read) — used only when you tap to pick a reference photo. We only see the photo you select.
• Photo library (write) — used only to save the photos you choose to capture.

None of the images accessed through these permissions are uploaded, transmitted, analyzed on a server, or shared with third parties.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

GhostFrame Pro is sold through the Apple App Store using Apple's In-App Purchase system. When you subscribe or restore a purchase, entitlement status is verified through RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat may receive a pseudonymous device identifier and your purchase receipt to determine whether your Pro entitlement is active. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, photos, or contact information from GhostFrame.

Apple processes the payment itself and handles all billing information. GhostFrame never receives your payment details.

4. Diagnostics

If you have Share iPhone Analytics enabled in iOS Settings, Apple may share anonymized crash reports with us to help fix bugs. These reports do not contain your photos or personal information. You can disable this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

5. No third-party advertising or tracking

GhostFrame does not include third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or analytics that identify you personally.

6. Children

GhostFrame is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your rights

Because GhostFrame does not collect personal data or maintain user accounts, there is generally nothing for us to delete or export on request. If you believe we hold information about you, or if you have questions about your rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, email us at privacy@ghostframe.app and we will respond.

8. Security

Because photos and settings live on your device, their security depends on your device passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and iOS's own protections. We recommend keeping iOS up to date.

9. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
