Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GhostFrame mobile application ("app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use GhostFrame on iOS devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, or for internal business use consistent with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to capture, overlay, or reproduce images in a way that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
• Use the app to harass, impersonate, stalk, or defame any person.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or entitlement features (including the Pro subscription).
• Use the app to violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Your content

Reference photos you load and images you capture using GhostFrame remain yours. We do not upload, store, or claim any ownership over them. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to use the photos you load as references.

4. GhostFrame Pro subscription

GhostFrame offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Pro") sold through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Free tier limits

The free version of GhostFrame includes a daily capture limit and may include a watermark on exported photos. Limits and features may change over time. Where features are removed from the free tier, we will describe the change in the app or on this site before enforcing it.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests should be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Intellectual property

The app, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you except the limited license in Section 1.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or images, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 20.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license to use the app if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
